2020 is quickly coming to an end and as such, we thought that this would be a perfect opportunity for us to talk to you about our plans for Hash Rush, covering the upcoming content that we are developing for the game, and of course, the issues that we are working on fixing.
So, without further ado, let’s dive right into it!
Let’s start with the best things first, the focus for our new-content development for Hash Rush.
Completing and jumping between planets is core to Hash Rush as we do have the system in place. However, if you’ve played through Hash Rush, you may have noticed that (with a few minor exceptions such as some key bridges) all of the planets in the game are the same. …
It’s been an interesting few weeks for Hash Rush, so we’re back here writing up a quick update on what is going on in the world of Hash Rush.
Today we’ve got two main topics, the first is a look at the latest event in Hash Rush and the second looks at our upcoming updates.
So without further ado, let’s begin!
Starting on Saturday 31st of October, we started this year’s Halloween event bringing back the popular dungeon feature that was present during our alpha test phase.
Scattered throughout the player’s planetoid they will be able to find these Giant Pumpkins. …
Happy Halloween Voyagers,
We are pleased to announce that the Hash Rush Halloween event has started. Scattered throughout your planetoid you will be able to find these Giant Pumpkins.
These are not just decorations, these are in fact entrances to dungeons. That’s right, the highly popular dungeon feature is back.
Within these dungeons you will be able to find Pumpkin corrupted Ernacks, the Pumpkin’Nack and the Jack O’Trogg.
You will need to train an army, enter the dungeon and defeat these mysterious new opponents, what’s more, every time you defeat one of these event opponents, you will collect Pumpkins.
The Pumpkins that you collect are counted towards the community goal. …
Hot on the heels of our first event, the Crystal Fiend Hunt, we’re pleased to invite you to the Hash Rush Halloween event, starting on Friday the 30th of October (evening) lasting until the 6th of November.
The event brings the Halloween spirit to Hash Rush with Pumpkins, Halloween themed skins, Jack O’Lantern styled enemies, and, the return of the dungeon system.
Much like our previous event, we have a set community goal and if the community as a whole reaches the goals, special prizes will be unlocked.
However, for this event, we have improved on our past design giving you much more content to play with. Instead of giving the players the task of defeating a single enemy like we did with our previous event, we have added the dungeon feature back to the game in the form of Crystal Corrupted Pumpkins, and the community goal lies within these dungeons. …
We hope that you are all doing fine and staying healthy. As it’s been a while since we’ve posted the last news update we thought that this would be a great opportunity to have a look at what we’re working on in Hash Rush and what you can expect from us in the near future.
In this article, we will cover:
So without further ado, let’s begin!
First up on our list is our follow up to the Crystal Fiend Hunt. As Halloween is just around the corner, we wanted to make this event fit the Halloween theme so you can expect some lots of pumpkins and spooky fun. …

As promised, everyone who defeated at least 1 Fiend during the event will get the Dark Worker Skin, however we also have some bonus prizes!

Today we are releasing the latest update to Hash Rush — and this will be a big one. We’ve given this update the title ‘Monster of Hermania’ as we are heavily reworking the Crystal Scourge and its phases of resistance.
If you’ve been playing Hash Rush (until now) you’ll probably have noticed that though the phases of resistance do provide you with an interesting challenge, it can become repetitive and predictable, regardless of whether you play on offense or defense. …
Today we want to take the time to thank you for being a part of the Hash Rush community!
The journey so far has been an amazing one and it could not have been possible without you, so this goes out to you all.
Though you probably know how important it is for a game to have a Soft beta launch, what you may not know is just how deep that goes.
When we launched the soft beta, we moved the game from our private servers to the AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud servers and we needed the hard data to see how our game performs and what we needed to improve, naturally, this needed the game to be loaded up with as many players as possible so that we could really stress test everything. …
Continuing our efforts to be as open as possible with you in regards to the development of Hash Rush, today we are announcing Hash Rush’s participation with the Newchip Accelerator, and the sponsor of our participation, Journey Capital.
Newchip is a business accelerator program. These are specialized programs that give developing companies access to mentors, investors, information, and courses to help them develop. With our beta now released and doing quite well, we’re now working to develop ourselves (as a company) to be sustainable in the future.
Joining an accelerator is not an easy feat either, there are always limited places and so we’re thrilled that Newchip selected Hash Rush out of their many applicants. We’ve also got to give thanks to Journey Capital as well, as they are sponsoring Hash Rush’s place in the course. …
