The Hash Rush Lore Spotlight series returns. This week we are continuing with the topic of looking at the monsters that you will have to fight when you play Hash Rush, with the Teribis taking central stage.
Before the Crypto Crystal Storm
Before the calamity that was the Crypto Crystal Storm, the Teribis were owl like creatures that walked on all fours, and their feathered bodies were slender and fit for flight.
When they saw their prey, they would get to higher ground and pounce on it, revealing their wings that would normally be hidden behind their front legs.
One characteristic that stood out was that they possessed a terrorizing gaze that would also be used to stun their prey if their surprise attack failed. It is said that these creatures could even stun the local Trinel who were unfortunate enough to meet them as they explored the forest.
After the Crypto Crystal Storm
Like the Raken and many other creatures, the Teribis’ also underwent a physical transformation after the Crypto Crystal Storm.
At first these creatures sat on the highest trees, thus saving them from direct contact with the crystals. But when the thick Crystal fog appeared, they too underwent a transformation. They fell down from the tall trees, their slender bodies grew in size, their eyes turned crystal yellow, thus making their terrorizing stare even greater, and finally the feathers on their wings turned into razor sharp crystal talons.
The transformation into this fearsome beast came at a huge cost. Now the Teribis, along with the Fishers, are just another slave to the Crystal Scourge, and roam the wilderness, stalking their prey. Can the Ernacks evade their horrific gaze?
