Refunds/Duplicate Purchases

I purchased a bundle and received a confirmation email, but I was overcharged. How do I receive a refund or claim the item(s) that I was charged for?

If you are on our Discord server, please visit the #contact-support channel, located in the Support section, open a ticket and provide the below information:

  • Email address used to register
  • The details of your purchase
  • What you actually intended to purchase
  • How many times you were charged
  • Upload a screenshot of the receipt(s) — ensuring you can see the Order ID, date and the items purchased
  • Preferred refund method (fiat/USD/Cryptocurrency) & wallet address.

Important: Please double check your wallet address. Once the transfer is made, we cannot re-issue. In the case of a fiat (USD) refund, funds will be reimbursed to the same account that you made your initial purchase.

I entered my details at sign-up but could not access my account or the Vorto Network. Will I need to sign up again?

We will check our database and notify you if an account exists, and if so if it has been verified.

Why can’t I use symbols in my password at sign up?

This was a bug that has now been fixed.

Are my details safe and secure?

Yes, completely safe. At no point was any user data in any danger.

When will sign-ups re-open?

Our development team is working around the clock to ensure that all issues are rectified. Once those issues have been fixed, we will announce our plans across all our major communications platforms.

Will those who signed up for the original sale be given first access when the store re-opens?

We are working with our development team to ensure that those registered on the Vorto Network will receive all the required information ahead of the store reopening.

When will the Founder Bundles go back on sale?

As with sign-ups, our development team is working behind the scenes to ensure that all issues are rectified before we re-open the network. All updates will be shared across our major communications platforms.
